Our SPs are a valued part of the TKC community, so each year we celebrate their achievements through the Partner Performance Awards.
The Awards are our chance to showcase SPs who go above and beyond to provide exceptional services to our clients, embrace our technology and share our outlook towards delivering security with a conscience.

Technology Award – Allander Security Ltd
Our technology is the key to consistent and quality service delivery.
Once jobs are allocated to an SP, an SIA-licensed officer carries out the job following a bespoke workflow, accessed through our operational mobile app. Engagement with the app is essential to maintain transparency and synergy, so we like to celebrate the SPs who demonstrate consistent usage.
Allander Security showed a commitment to excellence by hitting a fantastic 98% average usage of the app when conducting jobs, consistently hitting or exceeding their targets.
Jim McMullan, Managing Director, and Paul Pitman, General Manager, came into our London HQ to receive the trophy from Sophie O’Sullivan, TKC’s Procurement Manager.
Service Excellence Award – Foremost Security
The Service Excellence Award celebrates SPs who go above and beyond to ensure our clients receive an exemplary experience with us.
Foremost Security won the Award this year for their outstanding dedication to customer service, demonstrating faultless communication and an accommodating, friendly attitude. We were delighted to welcome their Managing Director Matt Prince, and Operations and Accounts Director James Vincent to our London HQ for their trophy presentation.
ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) Award – MAN Commercial Protection
The ESG award was born from our passion for championing positive change across our supply chain. Judged by sustainability specialists Alectro, they look for SPs who have made tangible ESG commitments and positive impact in their local communities.
2024’s winners are MAN Commercial Protection. MAN stood out for their annual ESG reporting, impressive electric fleet transition and sourcing of ethical uniform suppliers. We were pleased to host their CEO Iain McCallister, their Compliance & Office Manager Lauren Elmes and their Quality Director Chris Smith for their Award presentation.

Performance Award – Key Patrol
We are committed to setting the bar high on operational standards, leading by example throughout our supply chain. The Performance Award recognises the SP who consistently demonstrates these high standards we strive for.
This year the winners are Key Patrol. They demonstrated outstanding operational performance across 32,000 jobs in 2023. A particular highlight was their average response time of 45 minutes across 3,000 response jobs. Their average scheduled adherence (turning up on time to scheduled services) was also an incredible 97%!
