In short – not easily! It took us two years to undergo the B Impact Assessment, which evaluates companies on their social and environmental impact across five key areas: Governance, Environment, Workers, Community and Customers.
But it’s not a one-off. Certified companies must re-certify every three years, to prove ongoing commitment to ethical practices.

We pursued B Corp Certification because it was the right thing to do. It wasn’t just a business decision; it was a validation of the ethos that has driven us for many years, and a perfect way to unite the many ESG initiatives we have already put in place.
Becoming a B Corp reflects our pledge to continuous progress, ensuring TKC remains a responsible, purpose-driven company.
We set high standards for ourselves and our partners, aiming to inspire best practices across the security community. We are determined to drive meaningful change in an industry which has often been slow in taking ethics, sustainability and community impact seriously.
