Graduate Sales Associate

The Keyholding Company is a technology company disrupting the security industry. We are looking for a highly-motivated, results-driven graduate to join our growing Acquisitions Team. You take huge pride in your work and are determined to deliver for our clients. You will be able to connect authentically with a variety of clients such as security managers, affluent homeowners and company directors to understand their needs and identify opportunities to upsell.

Principal duties and responsibilities
  • To provide exceptional customer service during each stage of the sales process via phone and email
  • To track and manage sales via our CRM (customer relationship management) system, MS Dynamics
  • To understand the market and competitor offerings in both traditional and the emerging smart security spaces
  • To support with improvements to streamline our in-house operational platform and processes
  • To negotiate the best pricing with Service Partners while building solid relationships with the network
  • To provide custom quotes for commercial and residential clients in response to their enquiries for a range of services
  • To achieve weekly targets on number of new client accounts sold and the rate of conversion from lead to sale
  • To identify opportunities to upsell clients to other services
  • To attend team meetings and report on progress towards targets each week
  • To collaborate with internal departments such as Client Services Hub and Billing teams to get answers to clients’ questions
  • To identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
  • Employees may be assigned other duties, in addition to, or in lieu of those described above, per the needs of the Company
Knowledge and Skills
  • Knowledge: (job related / professional)
  • 5-year checkable work history or continuous education history
  • Some sales experience preferable
  • Degree-level education preferred
  • High level IT literacy – MS Outlook/Word/Excel

The Package
  • Up to £30,000 per annum (inclusive of OTE)
