I started my journey at The Keyholding Company 2 years ago and I haven’t looked back since.
It’s exhilarating and lots of fun! There is always lots going on, but you get to work with different clients and on different types of projects, so no two days are quite the same.
I am a very energetic and enthusiastic person. I love working and knowing that at the end of the day there is purpose to the hours I’ve spent at work. Results inspire me. They drive me to do more, learn more and achieve more.
Working at The Keyholding Company gives me all of this. I enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, surrounded by great people who are enthusiastic about their jobs. I enjoy a lot of autonomy in my role here, because this company is not hierarchical. This has accelerated my learning of new skills and allowed me to grow as a person.
We have an amazing culture and team here who care about quality and providing great customer service. People are friendly and there is always something going on.
The three words that I would use to describe us are:
When you deal with people’s security, it’s important work. You must plan everything down to the last detail. But that’s part of the fun of it, and a great opportunity to get to learn so much so quickly.
On a regular day I get to interact with a diverse set of clients and our huge network of service partners to organise and finalise site surveys and oversee large-scale mobilisations. I work with high volumes of data. Ensuring I maintain its integrity, security and accuracy in an efficient way is a challenge. We are always looking for better ways of doing things.
When I was working in Client Services, a client sent me a Christmas card. Imagine my surprise. They sent a huge thank you for resolving one of their requests. That was a proud moment for me.
We are a company who truly cares about doing a good job. In my time here I have learnt that this is something not to be taken lightly. If you are someone who is willing to take the time to think of new ways of doing things, just like me, then this is the place to be. The fact is, here, your ideas, no matter how small, are always taken into consideration and acknowledged.
